Track your order
- Order confirmation. You get an email as soon as you pay. It holds your order number.
- Shipping confirmation. We ship within 1–3 business days. When the parcel leaves, a second email brings your tracking number and link.
- Follow your parcel. Use the tracking link, or paste the tracking number on the carrier’s website. The first scan can take a few days to appear.
- Delivery. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days to the US and the EU. See the shipping policy for details.
Can’t find the email?
Check spam or promotions and search for “PetCraft”. If it isn’t there, email us your order number or checkout email and we will resend the tracking link.
