Terms of service

Who we are

This website is operated by [Company legal name], [Business address]. In these terms “we”, “us” and “PetCraft” mean that company. You can reach us at support@odessaholiday.com.

Using the site

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and any duties are shown at checkout or as described in the shipping policy. We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don’t see or store your full card number. Instalment options such as Shop Pay Installments are offered by the provider and subject to its own terms and eligibility.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered in the shipping policy. Returns, refunds and the warranty are covered in the returns policy. Those pages form part of these terms.

Using the product safely

Use the kit as described in the manual. Supervise your pet while grooming. Keep the cordless clipper and its blades away from children. If your pet has skin problems or you are unsure, ask your vet first. The kit is a grooming tool and not a medical device.

Intellectual property

The PetCraft name, logo, text, photos and videos on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
