What we collect
- Order details. Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Messages. What you send us when you contact support, and your email if you subscribe to our tips.
- Device and visit data. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the source of your visit, for example a link from TikTok or Instagram.
Why we use it
- To take payment, ship your order and give support.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To send tips and offers by email, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe in any email.

We use necessary cookies and storage to keep your cart working. With your consent, we also use analytics from Shopify and Microsoft Clarity We don’t use advertising pixels at the moment. If we add any, we will list them here and ask for your consent first. You can change your choice at any time in or in your browser. Our Cookie policy explains each type.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to see how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve the store and our marketing. Usage data is captured with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to understand how popular our products and content are and how people use the site. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify, which hosts the store and runs checkout; payment providers; shipping carriers and the fulfilment partner who packs and ships your kit; Shopify Inbox for chat; Judge.me, which sends review requests and hosts reviews; and our analytics partner Microsoft (Clarity). We may also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, and other data for as long as you have an account or a newsletter subscription with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to some uses or withdraw consent. Email support@odessaholiday.com and we will answer within the time the law sets. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
