Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to the countries of the European Union that are offered at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, it isn’t available yet.

Cost

Standard shipping is free for every order to the US and EU.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

• United States: usually 7–14 business days after shipping.
• European Union: usually 7–14 business days after shipping.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Here is how tracking works.

Duties and taxes

Our prices don’t include import VAT, duties or customs fees. Orders to the European Union are under €150, so no customs duty applies, but VAT of your country is due on import: the carrier collects it from you on delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee. If import duties or fees apply to a US order, the carrier collects them from you on delivery too. Refusing to pay them means the parcel is returned to us, and we refund the product price minus the shipping and return costs.

Address mistakes

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the parcel ships.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, check the tracking link first. If it still hasn’t arrived after the latest delivery estimate, or it arrives damaged, email support@odessaholiday.com with your order number. For damage, include photos. We will send a replacement or refund you.
