30-day home trial
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to try the kit. If it isn’t right for you or your pet, you can return it for a refund of the product price.
How to return
- Email support@odessaholiday.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the kit with all its parts, in its original box if you still have it.
- Send it back. You pay the return shipping, unless the kit arrived damaged or is faulty: then we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the money.
Damaged or faulty items
If your kit arrives damaged or doesn’t work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or refund you.
Cancel before it ships
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we cancel it and refund you in full.
If something stops working
If your kit develops a fault, email support@odessaholiday.com with your order number and a short video of the problem. We help you troubleshoot first and, if it can’t be fixed, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
