Siberian Litter Box Size
A Siberian needs a litter box at least 25.5–31.5 inches long, based on a typical body length of 17–21 inches and the 1.5× rule. You also need one box per cat, plus one.
Typical Siberian size
| Measure | Typical Siberian |
|---|---|
| Body, nose to base of tail | 17–21 in |
| Weight | 10–17 lb |
| Minimum box length | 25.5–31.5 in |
Size ranges come from a published cat size guide, and individual cats vary. Box count follows the AAHA guideline.
A note for Siberian owners
Long fur can carry litter out of the box, so a mat by the entrance helps.
Will a PetCraft box fit?
Our largest steel box is 24 inches, which is too short for most cats of this breed. A large storage tote is a better fit.
